Achromatic doublets are designed to eliminate chromatic and sperical aberrations, hence producing far superior imaging than singlet lenes. They are also utilized in the collimation and focusing of laser beams. Our achromatic doublets usually come anti-reflection coated, providing even sharper and brighter images. Uncoated achromatic doublets available upon request.
